Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony
The Embassy of Ethiopia, on the sideline of the 2nd Symposium for International Technical Cooperation organized by FUNASA and other institutions, performed the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony to the audience attending the event.
On the occasion, the guests witnessed a little sample of this ceremony, and received explanations about it. At the end everybody had the chance to taste the most traditional coffee in the world, as coffee origins come from Ethiopia, most specifically from a region called Kaffa.
At the Symposium, there were demonstrations of the experiences on the field of Public Health Engineering, Solid residues waste, water quality, environment health and international technical cooperation. At the end of the event, methodological propositions were made on the production of scientific articles, aiming to publicize the successful institution’s experience.
